1. Overview and Provider

FeedTamer is software developed and provided by CQTecnologia. By installing, browsing the website, or using the extension, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process and payment transactions are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. The Paddle company that sells to you depends on where you are: Paddle.com Inc. in the United States, Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd. in Canada, and Paddle.com Market Limited elsewhere. Paddle manages all customer service inquiries, tax remittances, and returns relating to financial transactions and payments. Listed prices are exclusive of applicable local taxes (such as sales tax, VAT, or GST), which are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location.

3. Grant of License and Paid Access

FeedTamer is provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use it. The free features (hiding videos by word and by channel, and Hide Shorts) have no time limit. The other features are available while a paid subscription is active. During the free trial, every feature except the cloud settings backup is available.

Each plan covers the whole household: the people who live in your home, on the household's personal computers, with no fixed browser count. License tokens stay bound to the browser installation that requested them, and the service rechecks Paddle status periodically. You may not share a purchase reference with anyone outside your household, redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, reverse-compile, or distribute the commercial components of FeedTamer without explicit prior written consent. Contact support if a purchase reference is exposed.

4. Free Trial, Renewals, and Billing

Current free trial duration: 14 days. The clock starts only when you choose Start free trial in Settings, with no payment details required. An internet connection is needed to confirm the offer. Changes to the offer apply to new trials, not existing expiry dates. After the trial, the free features keep working without a plan, and the other features require active paid access. Their settings stay saved while access is inactive. You can view and export saved settings at any time. Importing settings and changing subscription features require active access. A cloud backup can be restored while a paid plan is active and for 7 days after it ends.

Current prices are US$4.99 per month or US$49 per year before applicable taxes, and each plan includes all paid features. A subscription renews at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You may cancel through the Paddle customer portal before your next renewal, without cancellation fees. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues through your paid period. Previous purchases retain the price and access period stated on their receipt; these prices do not automatically change an existing subscription.

5. Updates and Third-Party Platforms

FeedTamer operates as a client-side filter on third-party web platforms (YouTube). Because third-party platforms may alter their document structure, style sheets, or interfaces over time, we regularly issue compatibility updates to maintain filter accuracy. However, uninterrupted compatibility cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

FeedTamer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CQTecnologia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall CQTecnologia be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
