Terms of Service

1. Overview and Provider

FeedTamer is software developed and provided by CQTecnologia. By installing, browsing the website, or using the extension, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process and payment transactions are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Inc. / Paddle Payments Ltd). Paddle manages all customer service inquiries, tax remittances, and returns relating to financial transactions and payments. Listed prices are exclusive of applicable local taxes (such as sales tax, VAT, or GST), which are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location.

3. Grant of License and Subscriptions

When you subscribe to FeedTamer (either via the 60-minute free trial or through an active Weekly Pass, Monthly, Annual Shield, or Family Shield subscription), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software during your active billing period.

A Personal subscription (Weekly, Monthly or Annual) covers one user across their personal computers. A Family Shield subscription covers up to five computers within a single household. You may not redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, reverse-compile, or distribute the commercial components of FeedTamer without explicit prior written consent.

4. Free Trial, Renewals, and Billing

Every user is provided a 60-minute full-access free trial upon installing the extension to evaluate all features with zero payment details required. Once the 60-minute trial period concludes, continued active feed filtering requires an active subscription.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer management portal with zero cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your protection remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

5. Updates and Third-Party Platforms

FeedTamer operates as a client-side filter on third-party web platforms (YouTube). Because third-party platforms may alter their document structure, style sheets, or interfaces over time, we regularly issue compatibility updates to maintain filter accuracy. However, uninterrupted compatibility cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

FeedTamer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CQTecnologia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall CQTecnologia be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
